About 75% of the Time, the customer is Never right! why? It's because we as employees forget to educate and inform customers about flashed phones and it's service. An informed customer is a good customer. It is very important to talk to customer's about flashed phones. This is done to maintain a good relationship with the customer. Please let the customer know the following;
1. Service is never guaranteed and may differ from cricket's coverage.
2. Cricket wireless is in no way affiliated with flashed phones, it is strictly 3rd part, they can stop service at anytime for any reason.
3. dialing *228 on a Flashed phone may erase web and/or MMS all-together.
4. Hard resetting a flashed phone, or upgrading the software can disable web and/or MMS.
5. Although service is not guaranteed, we make it work but are not held responsible if Cricket's Network changes and we have to reprogram it with new settings charging a reprogramming fee.
